All they do is dam up the river and flood the surrounding area. What’s the deal to get these dams working properly? I built a hydroelectric dam in my city which had a projected output of around 21mw and at its highest, i’ve only seen around 8kw.

I Placed It In A Spot That Said It Would Produce 320 Mw, But It Says It's Not Operating When I Click On It And My River Dries Up.

What's the deal to get these dams working properly? I'm not sure about your dam flooding. Dams need to be placed in locations where there is strong current, in the game this is indicated by large arrows that show water flow.

When water is spawned by the spawn point, it sends 3 waves outward from it center but those 3 waves are not connected. Dams appear to be extremely bugged. This dam holds back all of the water and there is a significant drop in water level before and after.
